How to book accommodation?
1. You can choose the accommodation unit which will meet your needs and wishes best by contacting us by e-mail info@slucajniturist.com

2. If you decide to confirm the reservation, Immediately upon the receipt of the reservation, our staff will contact the facility owner to check whether the accommodation unit status on our website corresponds to the real status, i.e. whether the reservation is possible.
Upon the approval of the request, the pre-invoice will be sent to your e-mail address or by fax. In the pre-invoice all costs will be clearly stated, together with the amount that needs to be paid for reservation confirmation. The payment will be made according to the payment method and dynamics published on our website.

3. For final confirmation, the reservation payment must be made within 24 hours upon the receipt of the final pre-invoice. If the payment is not made by the guest on the due date, it may result in overbooking. The agency does not bear responsibility for that.

4. Upon the payment is made, you have to send the confirmation to the agency by email info@slucajniturist.com
After the payment verification or your credit card authorization, you will receive a written confirmation (voucher). Received voucher is also a written proof that you have reserved accommodation.


During the reservation 40% of the total price is being charged to our bank account, while the rest can be paid upon arrival and key acquisition, in cash, or via our bank account. Upon arrival and key acquisition a deposit of 2000 € is also needed. Sojourn tax is included in the price, as are the sanitary materials. Everyday cleaning is charged separately. The guests should leave the villa and the dishes clean and tidy, or the final cleaning fee will be charged 100 €.
Deposit is needed as a guarantee that the guest will not commit any damages. On the day of the departure, the deposit will be returned in total, after the host has ensured that the accommodation is indeed in the same state it was upon arrival.
