Petra Stradun Dubrovnik Apartments are situated in a stone mansion on the promenade of Stradun, in the very center of historical core of the Old city of Dubrovnik. “Od Sigurate” mansion had been built in Baroque style after the earthquake of 1667 A.D., according to the plans of the architect Giulio Ceruti.Apartments are outfitted by custom-made interiors which succeed to preserve the historical Baroque atmosphere, as much as they answer the modern day needs.The mansion is separated into five apartments allocated on three floors. They are all named after the city-wall towers which encircle the Old city. The first floor is divided between two apartments – Bokar and Sv. Ivan. Bokar apartment is a one bedroom studio with a double bed, a kitchen, a hall and a bathroom. Sv. Ivan apartment has a living room which is separated from the bedroom, and there is a double bed in each of the rooms, in addition to a bathroom and a kitchen. Second-floor Lovrijenac and Minčeta apartments are identical to the apartments on the first floor. On the third floor, you can find the largest and the most luxurious Revelin apartment which consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, and which can accommodate up to six people (3 double beds). A children’s bed can be added to any apartment.All apartments are equipped with heating and air-conditioning systems, bathrooms with bathtubs or showers, dishwashers and washing machines, free wi-fi, completely equipped kitchens, ice makers and satellite TVs.
Location of the apartments at the famous promenade of Stradun enables the guests to be a part of the Old city and to participate in all the major events of the city. Sometimes all it takes is to open a window. Ceremonial processions, the city watch, numerous artists stride up and down the Stradun, and in addition to that, you can also find gastronomy services, shops, galleries, museums…
Apartments are located 200 meters from the seashore, and the city beach with all its content is only a seven-minute walk away.

Accommodation of 5 year-old children and younger will not be charged.
Accommodation of children over 5 years old is charged 20 € per overnight stay of one child. Only one children’s bed per apartment is allowed.

For 1 day stays prices are increased by 30 %.

Value-added tax (13%) is included in the price
How to book accommodation?
1. You can choose the accommodation unit which will meet your needs and wishes best by contacting us by e-mail info@slucajniturist.com
2. If you decide to confirm the reservation, Immediately upon the receipt of the reservation, our staff will contact the facility owner to check whether the accommodation unit status on our website corresponds to the real status, i.e. whether the reservation is possible.
Upon the approval of the request, the pre-invoice will be sent to your e-mail address or by fax. In the pre-invoice all costs will be clearly stated, together with the amount that needs to be paid for reservation confirmation. The payment will be made according to the payment method and dynamics published on our website.
3. For final confirmation, the reservation payment must be made within 24 hours upon the receipt of the final pre-invoice. If the payment is not made by the guest on the due date, it may result in overbooking. The agency does not bear responsibility for that.
4. Upon the payment is made, you have to send the confirmation to the agency by email info@slucajniturist.com
After the payment verification or your credit card authorization, you will receive a written confirmation (voucher). Received voucher is also a written proof that you have reserved accommodation.
During the reservation 40% of the total price is being charged to our bank account, while the rest can be paid upon arrival and key acquisition, in cash, or via our bank account. Upon arrival and key acquisition a deposit of 2000 € is also needed. Sojourn tax is included in the price, as are the sanitary materials. Everyday cleaning is charged separately. The guests should leave the villa and the dishes clean and tidy, or the final cleaning fee will be charged 100 €.
Deposit is needed as a guarantee that the guest will not commit any damages. On the day of the departure, the deposit will be returned in total, after the host has ensured that the accommodation is indeed in the same state it was upon arrival.
